Silver needle white tea is the simplest, rarest and most exquisite of teas. White silver needle teais made from the uppermost, tender and downy buds of the tea bush and, due to their delicate structure, they can only be harvested once over a few days in April. The buds are picked by hand before the sun rises over the mountains, which is why they remain white.

    How To Brew 

    Use a tea pot or a carafe. Take one heaped teaspoon per 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Pour water on the tea. Cover and brew for at least 4 to 5 minutes. Adjust brewing time with strength and taste desired. Rinse pot after wards with hot water only. Do not use soap.
